CHAOSIUM DOWNLOADABLE BOOKS are created from electronic production files here in our offices in sunny California. We occasionally reproduce out-of-print titles by scanning a sacrificial copy of a printed book -- we cut off the spine and do other awful damage to a perfectly good book. We run these through vast PDF production machinery, resulting in an Acrobat 7-compatible downloadable book. We try to keep the file size down to result in snappier performance in your viewer. Occasional downloaded books do not display properly in viewers other than the latest version of (the free) Acrobat Reader. As we can, we occasionally will update these files.

My work has recently moved me to China and I have been missing my CoC collection. I was dubious of this at first, after having some bad experiences with other web sites and poorly scanned PDFs that were all but unreadable. Well, I finally took the chance and I'm so glad I did. Your PDFs are of excellent quality and very quick and easy to download. I just bought "This Old Haunted House" and must say that it's fantastic.
